All flower orders are subject to availability. You understand and agree that flowers are natural products and some variations in size, color, shape and lifespan are to be expected and may vary slightly from specifications. In the event of supply difficulties, you acknowledge and agree that, at our sole discretion, we may substitute an ingredient or component for one of similar value and quality without notice.
Delivery information:
• Same day and next day delivery in Monaco and surrounding areas
• In Monaco and surrounding areas, same day delivery is generally available Monday to Sunday for orders received before 12:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Otherwise, delivery will be made on the following delivery day.
• Free delivery in Monaco
• Delivery outside Monaco is upon request
Before major holidays, we recommend placing your orders at least three days in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the precise address to which delivery must be made. In case of inappropriate address, we cannot be held responsible and therefore will not be responsible for any type of replacement or refund request. In the event that delivery does not reach you at all through no fault of yours, we will provide you with a replacement or compensation. You are not required to claim anything other than the amount you spent. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time. To request a specific delivery time, please enter it in the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delay or early delivery.
