Fleurs de Monaco
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our Florist will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery information
• Same day and next day delivery in Monaco and surrounding areas
• In Monaco and surrounding areas, same day delivery is generally available Monday to Sunday for orders received before 12:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Otherwise, delivery will be made on the following delivery day.
• Free delivery in Monaco
• Delivery outside Monaco is on request
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least three days in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the accurate address on which the delivery is to be made. In case of any inappropriateness in the address, we cannot be held liable and hence will not be accountable for any kind of replacement or refund request. In case the delivery does not reach you at all because of no fault of yours, we will provide replacement or compensation. You are not liable to claim anything else than the amount spent by you. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.
Peak Floral Delivery Periods
NOTE: At peak floral delivery periods, Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Days, Women’s day, Formula 1, Monaco Yacht Show please order a couple days in advance to guarantee desired delivery date.

Flowers
All orders of flowers are subject to availability. You understand and accept that flowers are natural products and some variation in size, colour, shape and length of life is to be expected and that they might vary slightly from the specifications. In the event of any supply difficulties, you acknowledge and agree that, at our sole discretion, we may substitute an ingredient or component with one of similar value and quality without notice.
Please contact us via email or telephone or whats app prior to ordering if you have an allergy. We cannot guarantee that any of the flowers supplied by us are free of allergens. Some flowers may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact us.
In order to get the best out of your flowers, please follow any maintenance guidelines or instructions that we may give to you (or provided in the site).
Please note that fresh flower arrangements last an average of 5 to 6 days if properly cared for and our maintenance guidelines are followed. However, some seasonal flowers may only last 3 to 4 days; this is a characteristic of the flower.

Price and Payment
Prices listed on our website (or provided to you by any other method) include VAT and delivery within Monaco. If a delivery charge applies to your order, you will be notified during the ordering process and in the Confirmation Email that we send to you.
Whilst we will try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We will normally verify prices as part of the order process. In the event that a product you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or administrative error, we will notify you of the correct price before dispatching your order and you will have the option of cancelling your order.
Prices will vary between menus and options on our website. Prices are also liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Email, save in the case of an obvious pricing mistake, whereby we will notify you as soon as we can about the pricing issue. You may be able to cancel your order once we notify you in such circumstances.
Payment for our products can be made by credit or debit card through our website, PAYPAL, banking transfer, REVOLUT or over the telephone. Once your order has been confirmed, your credit or debit card will have been authorised and the amount marked for payment.

Refund Policy
If an order is filled and delivered on time and there is a question as to the quality of the arrangement then we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement we must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 24 hours of the original service date.
If we are unable to provide you with a replacement or accommodate your delivery request, we will refund you the entire order amount.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance of the order or, if earlier, within twenty-four (24) hours of the requested delivery date or within the three (3) days prior to Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Formula 1, Monaco Yacht Show, Father’s Day or Mother’s Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, your sole and exclusive remedy is either (a) we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order or the quantity not provided.
